DELIVERY & Returns
DELIVERY POLICY
Once payment has been received, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, and should arrive to you within 3-5 working days. We will contact you by email if there are any changes regarding your delivery. We charge a flat-rate fee of £4.95 for destinations within the UK (excluding Channel Islands). There is an additional £3 charge for heavier items which will show in your basket during checkout. Orders over £60.00 will be eligible for free shipping.
All Art Work is print to order. It will be dispatched directly from the printers to you so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Currently, all our deliveries are handled by Hermes, DHL, UPS and the Post Office.
Local Pick-up FREE. If you are able to collect from Penzance we can arrange for a local pick-up. If you select Local Pick-up as your delivery method we will be in touch to arrange a place for collection.
Currently we only offer delivery within the UK.
Where possible we try to reuse all packaging.
Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases we will happily exchange or refund any unused items with your receipt within 14 days. Goods must be returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging.

The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility and postage will be refunded by Enys & Cole once the item/s are recieved in acceptable condition.
​
If for any reason your goods have been damaged in transit, we will either refund your goods or replace it if the item is in stock and once the original goods have been returned to us.
